Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping Times & Estimates

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 5 to 11 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be strictly guaranteed, as delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volumes, customs processing, or unforeseen weather events.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's journey right to your door.

Note on Tracking Updates: Depending on the shipping route, tracking information may use standard carrier tracking numbers (such as LW numbers) which update dynamically as your package moves through transit networks.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, which means there is a very small window to correct an incorrect address. Lost or Stolen Packages

SwiftSponge is not liable for packages that are reported lost or stolen if the tracking confirms delivery to the provided address. If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please reach out to the carrier or contact us for assistance.
